As a BIM Engineer at Paesa Pasindo Engineering, you will be responsible for creating and managing comprehensive BIM models, conducting clash detection and coordination, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. You will also collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize project workflows and enhance project delivery.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models using industry-standard software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Tekla Structures.
• Conduct clash detection and coordination to identify and resolve conflicts in BIM models.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including but not limited to SNI (Indonesian National Standards) and BIM protocols.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate design and construction processes.
• Optimize project workflows and enhance project delivery through effective BIM implementation.
• Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM tools and best practices.
• Participate in project reviews and meetings to ensure project objectives are met.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in BIM technology and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM and infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Tekla Structures.
• Familiarity with Indonesian building codes and standards (SNI).
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in BIM or related fields is a plus.
