Central Max Pratama is seeking a dedicated Commis Chef to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the head chef in preparing and cooking food for our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head chef in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.,Stock and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients.,Prepare food for service in a timely and efficient manner.,Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Assist in special event preparations and catering services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience as a Commis Chef or similar role is preferred.,Good knowledge of food preparation techniques and basic cooking skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
