Depot Eko Butik is seeking a motivated Deputy Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. If you are passionate about employee development and have a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, organizing, and conducting of training sessions and workshops.,Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, handouts, and presentations.,Coordinate with trainers and subject matter experts to ensure the quality and relevance of training content.,Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and providing feedback to improve future initiatives.,Support the development of new training programs and initiatives.,Assist in the administration of training records and documentation.,Provide administrative support to the Training Officer as needed.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall training strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with training software and tools is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian.
