📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our clients' websites.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
• Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
• Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and HubSpot to identify areas for improvement and optimize results.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue high-potential leads and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and sales, and implement new strategies as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing and sales, with a proven track record of success.
• Proven experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and HubSpot.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or other relevant digital marketing platforms are a plus.
• Familiarity with local market trends and consumer behavior in Bangka Belitung is a plus.
