📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to maintain and repair property facilities, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and protocols to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Manage and supervise a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess the condition of property facilities and identify areas for improvement.
• Liaise with property managers and clients to address concerns, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in facilities management to implement innovative solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a hospitality or commercial real estate setting.
• Proven track record of managing and supervising maintenance teams.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with property management software such as ServiceMax or Workplace by FM.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle.
