📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee development.
• Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
• Handle payroll processing using SAP or similar HR software.
• Manage general affairs, including office administration, facility maintenance, and procurement.
• Ensure the smooth operation of the office and support the company's daily activities.
• Coordinate with various departments to address HR and general affairs issues.
• Monitor and report on HR metrics and general affairs performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management and general affairs.
• Proven experience in managing HR processes and general office administration.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using HR software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
