Home Market Berjaya is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Solo. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our logistics operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and a passion for problem-solving. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to balance work from the office and from home.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate logistics operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Analyze logistics data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.,Provide training and support to logistics team members.,Work closely with the sales team to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and customs.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
