📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on offset printing machines, including presses, printing plates, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth production.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to extend the lifespan of our machinery and reduce the risk of breakdowns.
• Calibrate and adjust printing machines to maintain optimal performance and quality.
• Monitor machine performance and generate reports on maintenance activities and equipment status.
• Collaborate with the production team to address any issues that may arise during the printing process.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our printing operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Machine Technician, preferably in the offset printing industry.
• Proficient knowledge of offset printing machines and related equipment.
• Familiarity with maintenance software such as SAP PM or similar systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with the production team.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in the printing industry.
