GLEAM Group is looking for a dedicated Receptionist to join our team in Palopo. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and clients. Your role is crucial in ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for everyone who visits our office. This is an urgent position, so we need someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests and visitors with a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.,Check-in and check-out guests, and provide them with necessary information.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Handle and distribute mail and packages.,Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.,Provide information about the company and its services.,Ensure the safety and security of the office premises.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist role or similar customer service position.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with office management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Indonesian and English languages.,Good knowledge of local customs and etiquette.
