📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests and clients in a professional and friendly manner.,Answer and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records.,Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly.,Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.,Assist with event planning and coordination when necessary.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using computer and office software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with hotel or office management systems is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
