📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert tax advice and consultation to clients, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.,Prepare and file tax returns for individuals and businesses, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.,Conduct tax planning and strategy sessions to help clients minimize their tax liabilities.,Stay up-to-date with the latest tax laws and regulations, and provide training to team members.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of tax services.,Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.,Monitor and report on tax-related metrics and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting or a related field.,Professional certification in taxation (e.g., CPA, CMA, or ATT) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using tax software and accounting tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
