Tier III Service Desk Engineer

Unio Digital is seeking a skilled Tier III Service Desk Engineer to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and technologies, providing top-notch support and solutions.

As a Tier III Service Desk Engineer, you will be the primary point of contact for complex technical issues, working closely with our clients to resolve problems and ensure minimal downtime.

This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world while contributing to our global client base.

Tanggung Jawab:

• Provide Tier III technical support to clients, including troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
• Document and maintain accurate records of all support activities.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless support delivery.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our support processes.
• Provide training and guidance to junior team members.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Tier III Service Desk role or equivalent.
• Strong technical skills in various IT areas, including networking, servers, and applications.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with ITIL or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) is a plus.
