Property Permata Nusantara is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Manager to join our team in Denpasar Barat, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our property management company, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and contributing to the overall financial health and success of the organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure accurate and timely financial records are maintained, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement financial strategies and policies.,Monitor and control expenses, ensuring compliance with budgetary constraints and cost-saving initiatives.,Prepare and submit tax returns and other regulatory filings as required.,Provide financial guidance and support to property managers and other departments as needed.,Stay up-to-date with accounting standards, regulations, and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and financial management, preferably in the property management industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and relevant financial regulations.,Proficient in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with property management accounting practices and concepts is a plus.
