📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop sales in your assigned area.,Work closely with the sales team to achieve company sales targets.,Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.,Monitor and report on sales performance.,Develop and implement sales strategies and plans.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Conduct regular site visits to assess sales performance and address any issues.,Participate in training and development programs for the sales team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales management role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with sales software and tools is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
