📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.,Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and achieve sales targets.,Maintain strong relationships with clients and customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.,Monitor branch finances, including budgeting and financial reporting, to ensure profitability.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of success in managing branch operations and achieving sales targets.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Understanding of financial management and reporting.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
