📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and mentor a team of dental professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of patient care.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain patients.,Manage branch finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.,Lead and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.,Collaborate with the head office to ensure alignment with company-wide strategies and goals.,Represent the clinic at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the healthcare industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and achieving operational goals.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with dental clinic operations and regulations.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of dental software and technology is a plus.
