📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head nurse in managing the nursing team and ensuring smooth operations.,Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments.,Document patient records accurately and maintain confidentiality.,Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.,Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.,Provide emergency care as needed.,Support the head nurse in training and mentoring junior staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse.,Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Knowledge of hospital management systems and electronic health records.,Valid nursing license and good standing with the relevant regulatory body.
