Code Port Ekspansindo is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for ensuring the safety and efficiency of our transportation operations. This role is crucial in maintaining the company's operational standards and ensuring smooth logistics processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained and serviced according to schedule.,Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including route planning, driver assignments, and vehicle tracking.,Monitor fuel consumption and costs, implementing measures to optimize efficiency and reduce expenses.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections and maintenance.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns related to the fleet.,Analyze and report on fleet performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Maintain strong relationships with vehicle service providers and negotiate favorable terms for maintenance and repairs.,Ensure the fleet is equipped with the necessary tools and technologies for efficient operation and tracking.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and technologies.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with drivers and other stakeholders.
