📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees, ensuring a diverse and talented workforce.,Manage employee records, including onboarding, offboarding, and performance evaluations.,Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Coordinate with department heads to address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.,Organize and facilitate team-building activities and training sessions.,Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting a culture of respect and teamwork.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality or restaurant industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
