Hotel Krisna Laundry is looking for a talented and passionate Learning Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate and develop employees.,Assess the learning needs of employees and recommend appropriate training programs.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure the successful implementation of training programs.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them achieve their professional goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of training and development methodologies and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage time effectively.
