📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, organizing, and controlling of all operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.,Oversee the day-to-day operations of the team, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Develop and implement operational procedures and policies to enhance productivity.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Handle any operational issues or challenges that may arise, and develop solutions to address them.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
