PT Gading Putra is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Pematangsiantar, Sumatera Utara. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of mechanical engineers in the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems and components. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and a proven track record of successful project management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead a team of mechanical engineers in the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems and components.,Oversee the planning, scheduling, and coordination of engineering projects to ensure timely and successful completion.,Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical guidance to ensure projects meet quality, safety, and cost objectives.,Mentor and develop the skills of junior engineers and technicians.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of mechanical systems with other aspects of the project.,Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies.,Provide technical support and troubleshooting for mechanical systems and components.,Participate in the development and implementation of company-wide engineering practices and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successful project management and team leadership.,Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.,Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in using engineering software and tools, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
