📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate all store operations to ensure smooth and efficient daily activities.,Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and restocking.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.,Train and mentor junior store staff to ensure consistent service standards.,Monitor and report on store performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage store budgets and expenses, ensuring financial targets are met.,Organize and execute store promotions and events to drive sales and customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a store administration or retail management role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is a plus.
