Food Home Pratama is seeking a dedicated Learning Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Identify training needs and design relevant programs to address them.,Coordinate with department heads to ensure training programs align with business goals.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them develop their skills.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Collaborate with HR to integrate training programs into the overall employee development strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of training and development methodologies and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
