📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement operational strategies and plans to improve productivity and efficiency.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of operational processes, identifying areas for improvement.,Coordinate with department heads to ensure that operational goals are met.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Manage and mentor operational staff, providing guidance and support as needed.,Conduct regular operational reviews and provide reports to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
