📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist visitors and guests with a warm and professional welcome.,Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.,Check-in and check-out guests, and ensure their needs are met.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Handle and manage mail and packages.,Assist with event coordination and scheduling.,Perform other administrative duties as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Friendly and professional demeanor.,Good time management and organizational skills.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.,Basic computer skills, including email and word processing software.
