📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers.,Assist in the organization and presentation of products to ensure a visually appealing and inviting store environment.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special offers.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Excellent time management and organizational skills.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a must.
