📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of materials.,Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain product standards.,Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands.,Conduct regular production meetings to address any issues and ensure compliance with safety protocols.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure the continued success of the production team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.,Strong knowledge of production management principles and practices.,Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.,Familiarity with quality control and safety protocols.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using production management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
