📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations at the site, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational excellence and safety.,Lead and mentor a team of site personnel, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and implement solutions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including contractors and regulatory bodies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Engineering, Safety Management, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in operational management and safety.,Certification in safety management, such as OHSA or equivalent, is a plus.,Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams.,Strong understanding of operational excellence principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
