We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SOC Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Security Operations Center (SOC), ensuring the protection of our digital assets, and maintaining business continuity. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Security Operations Center (SOC), ensuring 24/7 monitoring and response to security incidents.,Lead and manage a team of SOC analysts, providing guidance, training, and performance management.,Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure the protection of digital assets.,Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans to identify and mitigate potential risks.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure the integration of security measures into business processes.,Maintain and improve the SOC's incident response capabilities, including the development and testing of playbooks.,Ensure compliance with relevant security regulations and standards, such as ISO 27001, NIST, and industry-specific frameworks.,Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the SOC's performance and any emerging security threats.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in SOC operations, with a proven track record in security incident response and management.,Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.,Strong understanding of security technologies, including SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR, and other security tools.,Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.,Experience in business continuity planning and disaster recovery is a plus.,Fluency in English is required, both written and spoken.
