📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire the best candidates.,Screen and evaluate job applications, conduct interviews, and make hiring decisions.,Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.,Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Provide guidance and support to new hires during the onboarding process.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve the recruitment process.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and employment agencies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
