In this role, you'll greet guests with a warm smile, assist with check-in/check-out, and provide exceptional service at our restaurants and bars. Our team uses YOCHI's proprietary CRM system to manage guest interactions and ensure personalized service. Whether you're organizing events or handling front desk duties, you'll play a key role in making our guests feel at home.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
Assist with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a seamless experience.
Provide exceptional service at our restaurants and bars, including table service and beverage assistance.
Handle front desk duties, including reservations, inquiries, and guest complaints.
Organize and execute events and activities to enhance the guest experience.
Collaborate with the team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hospitality.
Use YOCHI's CRM system to manage guest interactions and ensure personalized service.
Promote YOCHI's brand and values, ensuring a positive guest experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 1 year of experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Familiarity with YOCHI's CRM system or similar hospitality software is a plus.
Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in a team environment.
Valid work permit for Indonesia is required.
