📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in managing employee records and HR processes using SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR.
• Support the HR team in conducting employee surveys and analyzing data to improve workplace practices.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring a smooth transition for new and departing employees.
• Assist in organizing and participating in HR-related training and development programs.
• Help with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including handling inquiries and resolving issues.
• Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations for management.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions for HR initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and practices.
• Familiarity with HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
