• Manage daily operations of the Solo branch, including sales, marketing, and customer service.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the tourism or hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing branch operations and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer service best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
